Virtualization is the technology can create a virtual component from a physical component and you also can create virtual operating system from a physical operating system and you also can have multiple network resources, so means is very simple - how many network cards you need, and how many compute you and how many operating system you need - just create a virtual of them and then get going. Microsoft has released a Microsoft System Center 2012 for such kind virtulization. Microsoft system center is suite of products but virtual machine manage is used for creating a virtual component from your physical component.
